Welcome to ELITE LEVEL PT home of the P.A.S.S. Program!
The goals of the program are varied in nature and will focus on being age/gender specific and team oriented. Specifically, the goals are to:
Define and employ proper running technique for your sport.
Address linear and multidirectional speed demands of the sport focusing on technique.
Prevent injury by emphasizing proper technique and training.
Enhance reaction speeds and changes in direction specific to your sport.
Incorporate appropriate strength programs into training to enhance the development of player’s game and speed.
Provide the right nutritional education to improve your health as well as take your game to the next level.
The staff of The P.A.S.S Program are proud to announce the return of our sport-specific strength program to begin on May 22, 2024. In our continued effort to work with Arizona Sports Complex, we will be opening our strength training program at their facility. This will be to provide a specific strength training program that will work in conjunction with our speed and agility regimen.
The focus of this program will be to provide our athletes with the specific training needed to be more competitive as well as athletic in their sport. Over seventeen years of modifying and sharpening specific exercises will go into this program so that our athletes get the most benefit out of the program and their time.
